Reflexology Reflections

The 1st June 2026 marked 13 years since I began my professional reflexology journey with an ITEC diploma.

Since then, I’ve completed countless reflexology courses and continued expanding into different methods of facial reflexology, which eventually became my main area of focus.

But there came a point where my work naturally began to evolve beyond reflexology alone.

Not because reflexology was wrong or ineffective, but because my understanding of the body, healing and human patterns had deepened over time.

I had evolved and my practice needed to evolve too.

I don’t “do” reflexology. I do Intuology™.

Because the thing that stood out to me most all those years ago was never just the technique. It wasn’t about following a protocol or memorising points. It was about the relationship between a person and their body, and the understanding that the body is constantly communicating, adapting and trying to move toward balance.

That’s what still drives me now.

Intuology is about helping people reconnect with their body, understand themselves more deeply, and feel more involved in their own healing process rather than handing all of their power away.

That’s the part that lights me up ❤️

The beauty of Intuology™ is that you don’t need to visit my physical space to reconnect with your body 😘
